To even be considered Approved Certified, a vehicle must meet a very strict criteria.
To be eligible for Certification all vehicles must be:
- no more than 5 model-years old
- under 60,000 miles
- built for sale in the United States
- free from warranty restrictions
- cleared of any outstanding service recalls or campaigns
Then, Cole European tacks on its own criteria: To become Cole European Approved Certified, the vehicle must be mechanically and cosmetically superior to most vehicles of the same age with similar mileage.
If a vehicle is deemed eligible for Certification review, then it must pass a series of tests and inspections.
To be Certified all vehicles must:
- pass a rigorous 165-point inspection performed by factory-trained and certified technicians
- clear a background check to ensure there are no issues with its condition or title
If a vehicle passes inspection and produces a clean history report, then it is fully serviced, professionally detailed, and granted a factory-backed warranty.
Approved Certified Vehicles include:
- 7-year /100,000-mi limited factory warranty from the date of original purchase (whichever comes first)
- 24/7 Roadside Assistance
- Transferrable Warranty Status
- Zero Deductible on All Warrantable Repairs
